6,0000 Americans are killed and it doesn't make sense to respond? Suppose they had nuked NYC. Would it be OK then? I see us either withdrawing Don't bet on it. At least not until we've accomplished what we intend to. OR we get a situation that we will be enmeshed in forever. Don't bet on that either. We got trapped on flypaper in Vietnam because we decided to fight a strictly defensive war- -just hold the goround in the south. This time if we go in I believe it will be to defeat and replace the current government. And that will happen. IMO they've no idea what they are doing. The fact that they are not publicizing what they are doing doesn't meant they don't know what they are doing. It means they realize that if they tell you, they've also told the enemy. And before you complain too much about your curiosity not being satisfied, remember that American boys lives are on the line. However, going after Sadam I did not support. Say what? THAT would have made that war worthwhile!
