USA Networks has agreed to buy a majority interest except their main man Barry Diller has expressed a desire to renegotiate the sales price. He also stated that they still want to go through with the deal. The unknown is whether or not their agreement allows them to just walk if they want to abandon the deal.

Jose, expe is one overvalued company. however, i seen a lot of manip in the stock and the pos never seems to get tired.
