Hi KLP,

That's a really good point. No, I haven't seen even an attempt to total the number of children who were killed in toto that day. I know there was a day care center in one of the surrounding WTC buildings (that I believe sustained a lot of damage) and that the children were split into two groups and guided in opposite directions to safety. I know there was a woman from a neighboring town where I live, known to a number of my friends, who died along with her four year old daughter, in a plane that was crashed into one of the towers. They were on their way to Disney World.

The 10,000 number (of children who lost a parent that day) was reported on television, on CNN. I'll be looking for more information about this and will post anything I can find. If you would too, I'd appreciate it.
