No Test of low in bear market, only in bull market correction which this is not. A test of low in bear market fails and keeps failing and making new lows until the market no longer tests the low. All along the song and dance has been "test the LOW, and every time it does it just baits suckers in and goes lower. I may try this dip but only if I become conviced it will not test the low and the Vix gets on up. Jim
