So you accept that a child chooses the circumstances into which it is born?

I believe that children choose their parents before they are born.

And you are not concerned about potentially creating a class of serfs to serve the 'master' race?

Children are serfs to their masters, their parents.

I am going to butt in here. I think the omission of the words equal opportunity is what i am reading. One cannot define poverty but one can give to any nation a system that allows equal access to education for all.

I think it is easier to address the basic need of all. I deplore labels as it creates distinction in the early years of life. I prefer elimination of the use the word poor as well as any word that creates distinction and creates categories, opportunity for all, reflects a state of mind as well as economic state.
