i actually made the trade both ways, their quote machine at the time showed a high of 40.85, my short was at 40, later in the day the quote machine showed a high of 39.50, they said it was a bad print, 45 minutes after i had gone short and covered for a nice two point gain, they said i could write their legal department, they will never do anything unless forced, im just wondering if i have a case or are they covered for any incompetence in all of their fine print
