Don, if Dow and SPX finish the day around flat, with the COMPX/NDX up about 1%....could that still fall into your down-flat-down scenario?

From watching previous' ones, I seem to remember that the down/flat/down usually/often keys off of one index (and not necessarily both)...so that the scenario I'm laying out may be good enough to keep pattern in tact, no?

If we rally into close (as proposed), are you OK with this?

Don,

Have you ever looked at the three day pattern when the indexes went their separate ways such as today?

Today seems the NASDAQ/NDX is doing a down - flat - Down but the DOW and SPX are looking like they could do a down - down - flat assuming the three day pattern works as normal.

Would the fact the indexes are doing different versions of the pattern possibly hint that there won't be a normal third day?

Good Luck,

Lee
