i dont disagree with you... my point is: we might look at a bubble thinking its going to pop any minute --- only to see it twice the size next week o next year. it was shit for brains that kept me from buying that overpriced house for 135k sure it might not be worth 500k today maybe the RE market will collapse -- and the price will descend to 250k another point i am trying to make is: being smart doesnt always = being right Lazarus
