Most buildings have security people and the building's operators normally have worked there for a long time. HVAC systems also have filters.

An Egypt Air flight went into the Atlantic after takeoff, I think from JFK airport, in the last year or two. The reported reason was pilot suicide, and there were reports that the pilot was reciting religious phrases as he took the plane down.

Somebody on another thread (or maybe this one) a few days back mentioned that in connection with the present events, and wondered whether they were related.
