Precisely what was said last night by the author of a book on the towers.

BTW, Tim, our cable provides upcoming menus for four days or so on every channel, but it seems not to be operating correctly at the moment. If I can find out later about a re-showing I'll let you know.

... would be to reproduce an identical construction? Carried after construction.

That alone will prohibit such design, IMO, particularly in the largest U.S. cities.
