A rather OT post...but relevant to individuals...
...provided with a small blower that delivers air through a High Efficiency Particulate Airfilter (HEPA) at a rate...

If anyone is wondering about being able to keep their home safe in such an instance. I'm sure everybody knows about all the vacuum cleaners out that can use a HEPA filter. Mine actually advertises that it can be used as an air cleaner....It's quiet and has a speed adjustment on it...so can work nicely as such. Would be very easy to put the hose in an open window and seal off around it... then let the thing run.
The only thing I worry about is that a HEPA only removes down to .3 microns. Isn't the weapons grade anthrax down under that?
