That's no way to come out of a slowdown. There are a lot of average workers who think they deserve more. Aren't they worth as much as BART workers? OK. So I'm going to refinance my mortgage for fixed so when the cat's out of the bag I don't end up with a 15% variable. I don't know about BART workers but a SF Muni train recently ran for about 4 stops by itself when the operator got out to go to the bathroom and his train left without him. It picked up passengers, let them off, stopped where it should have, etc. I don't think it minded one bit. Here's a question for you. Who's going to be the next mayor of SF. Why does New York have Giulianni and SF has a pimp? KB
