thanks again ....

re: "You might want to expend a little more effort at understanding the distinction."

After her disclosure of mis-understanding co operations (ridiculed at length on yahoo recently).... as well as demonstrating a lack of credibility in the one and only thing she professes to be about, ie, copying public information and relaying the news.... I'd say her effect and usefulness to whoever, or whatever, is clearly at a minimum at this point in time. She will continue as a joke target in the weeks to come, should she care to remain engaged.

9 months or more of flailing away... yet, her siren call for the co's destruction and banishment is still only a dream for her. imo, she will continue to be denied the satisfaction of seeing another development co go under here.....
as the development of the co's business model continues, marking growing success (despite the 9/11 setback for the industry).... small, steady, but continuing. I am buying today, missed yesterday's action (asleep at the wheel).

Wrong, mst, again

West took the disclaimer off his entire website for a long, long time. SEC said put it back. He put it back for a few days then took it off again. I finally caught his disclaimer in the few day window when the disclaimer was on the website. He also didn't include it in the press releases. There's one in here mary.cc He also would send newsletters to thousands of people without the disclaimer. He rarely had that disclaimer on. Go read yahoo the early years. Why were so many people questioning whether or not he was paid? Beause he didn't tell them up front. We all had to ask and hunt it down. If I didn't have a robot monitoring his site I would have missed the few days when the disclaimer was on there. I had to use a robot to search his site to see his client pages where he had listed his services. He said for money he'd bash all negative posters on message boards. HE'd threaten to sue them. He'd turn them in for tos violations. Does that sound ethical to you?

The SEC only let west off easy because he swore to them he was too sick to go back in business.

Just because other companies also tanked doesn't make astn an honest or ethical company. Not only that but others rebounded yet astn hsa just gone lower.

West was found guilty. My god, you will go to no end to lie and protect the con man. You must be a shill, just like him. West's lies cost people money. My honest posts would have saved them money. My projections were very close to reality. His were way off.

If you're still buying shares, you really need help. That has to be the most outrageous lie I have ever read. How do you sleep at night. I pity your children.

good job Mark

you always seem to time your buys to get those lower priced shares. Bought a few more myself, but not as nimble as you.

Hope you and the family have a fine weekend!
