risky? you bet , here are my risky lottery plays for tomorrow, if one hits i break even, if two hits, i make good money, if 3 miss, flush! but im looking for positive gap up in morning after all the earnings tonight with bad news a given, and any good news a driver, trying to buy october calls on these three "earnings" play for a "double or nothing" play
tqnt idti mdcc, less risk than day trading stock, but if i dont get gap up in am, im cooked

Virtually impossible to make sense of AH earnings reports. Although most tech companies are beating earnings by 1-2 cents per share, revenues are sharply decreased, 4th quarter earnings estimates are being lowered, etc. These reports can be spun any way one wants. This is why I will not play the earnings game during this period of uncertainty.
