The deliberate, willful giving of false, misleading, or incomplete testimony under oath. But being convicted of a crime is not what is required for someone to be labeled. Juanita Broaddrick testified under oath and gave public statements describing how mr. bill punched her in the fact to force her to have sex with him. A person who does rape is a rapist. rape To force (another person) to submit to sex acts, especially sexual intercourse; commit rape on.
