Ridge doesn't have a press secretary and not much authority although that may change. The news last night indicated that the Anthrax bacteria that was sent to Daschle's office was very sophisticated, more sophisticated than what we have seen b4 because the person or persons who sent it were able to release smaller particles into the air, and this is the fear: someone has the mechanism to release a toxic strain into the air very easily.
