<< CNN--- the only way they can keep people watching 24 hours a day is to keep repeating the same thing hundreds of times and call it news. >> I alternate between CNN, Foxnews and MSNBC. Each of them are excellent 24 hour news services. Each of them have different analysts and different guests. News services must repeat, because most viewers can't watch the tube all day long, and all of the news services repeat important news stories. MSNBC was the first news service to report US bombing of Afghanistan, and had the best coverage, at first. I couldn't believe that they outscooped both CNN and Foxnews. But, sometimes CNN's reporting and analyst shows are much better than the other services, and vice versa.
