Yum! The chicken salad recipe sounds great. Bill and I just finished off a nice creamy tuna noodle casserole last night.

Tonight's meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

Enjoy your comfort food dinner, hon.

Crushed pineapples
or
Fruit cruelty

The crushing of pineapples has been banned in many countries, along with coring, canning and feathering. People are reluctant to crush the pineapple themselves because pineapples scream like lobsters.

I am glad to see that pineapple has made it onto your list of real food, even if it was crushed.
