Isn't the number only 20%?

I've heard that Intel might have some overcapacity of .13 micron 300" fabs. Maybe AMD could contract for Intel to build another 12-13 million Hammers to meet the demand in excess of 50 million?

But, if AMD were to lease half of a 300mm fab from USMC, would this be outsourcing?
