I was also very surprised to hear that flash was still profitable (but probably close to break-even -- my guess). That must mean that the CPU business is much worse than we think. So almost all losses came from the ~500 million CPU revenues alone. Extremely disappointing.

Now that IS something to think about.

we keep coming back to market share. Did not Jerry mentioned that on cash flow of cpu was positive?

It is amazing that flash is still profitable. Flash sales are down 50% from a year ago, 33.5% QOQ.
