I have an excuse; it was "bidness". We also went to dinner at Newport's and since everyone is talking food today, I had a delicious entrée- APPLE-PECAN TILAPIA--grilled, with caramelized granny smith apples, fresh cilantro and roasted Texas pecans in a citrus butter. Sadly, tonight, there is nothing, unless I get into the kitchen and make it.
