(shipments to OEMs are counted by both companies as sales in that quarter. Shipments to distributors are not counted until sell through to end users). In the PC market, it is crystal clear that AMD is continuing to gain share against Intel. And this quarter AMD has Athlon XP to go with Windows XP. And this quarter AMD has the Nvidia Crush.
