actually, some smoked Red Snapper and then something to smoke is a great evening. The western shoreline on Puerto Rico is really beautiful. We used to take an Aztec from San Juan in the afternoon when all the storms come up. We would fly over Arescibo the huge radio telescope. The pilot would weave his way through the thunderheads, come out of the the mountains and bank it in hard to Mayaquez air strip.....exciting stuff. After visits to the plants in San German, we would head out to the coast and find a small restaurant and eat Snapper...those were good days. The Yankees look good tonight. Altair19
