Yes, I know SA is different. Know about Bahrain angle too <g>, but i was specifically talking about the law and order. One thing they are big on, is law and order....right ? OK, so you feel fine handing over your passport and that others do also and there are no questions to be asked. Someone else here tonight thinks amputating hands is a great way to solve theft. (Incidentally those crime figures come from the Saudi government which itself has broken many laws.) You have stated that women in America are ill-treated in similar fashion to their treatment in Saudi Arabia. The facts speak differently than your bald-faced and transparent prevarications. Sir, I took strong exception to what you stated earlier, then I gave you the benefit of the doubt. Now, that time is past. It is clear you believe human rights recognized by the majority of the civilized world are but a trifle to be dispensed at the whim of the illegitimate powers-that-be. Do you admire Adolf Hitler and Heinrich Himmler also? They made similar statements. Do you condone rape and murder? Do you believe governments should have the right to confiscate passports? YES, you do, you have stated so. The SS in Nazi Germany did the same thing. OK, I am glad we are clear now, my friend. Before anyone here questions why the harsh language, please read over the statements made by HG here this evening, and before. You, HG, of course at SI are not required to state any identifying details about yourself at this point, but I would personally be interested to know your nationality and your allegiance. Then again, with your statements this evening, you have made these things abundantly clear. Your attitude and statements are enemy to all America and its friends in Europe stand for.

I dunno, I'd think police is very much accessible everywhere. Aren't they all over the place ? How accessible can the police be in a country where a woman is literally not allowed to leave the house by herself?
