They could have had their state and all that goes along with it, but they would rather kill Israeli's then have then have to take care of their own people.
What did Arafat do with all the millions given to him? Did he improve the state of his people? Did he keep even one part of the Oslo agreement? The PLO is trying to establish a terrorist state with the full backing of the UN.
