I have two points here, the 1625 and the Maginot at 1580, I think that we will hold above the first, so am deploying, at least the lunch tactics here, just bought CCMP here at $54.50. Watch QLTI fly here, a good point to sell into the news...

Also reloaded The Q here at BRCD, $23.26, BRCM at $28.66, QLGC at $36.80, EMLX at $21.85 and JNPR at $22.52. CHKP also bought at $29.90 and IDPH at $52.61.

In edit back in SCMR at $3.99, a nice discount form yesterday's escape.

"A Nasdaq Close below 1626.26 on 10/19/01 will trigger a SELL SIGNAL"

Now you know why I was selling on Tuesday and Wednesday, had I waited for the sell signal (which has not yet been triggered) I would have left thousands on the table, as it is I didn't get all my sells off, EXTR is still in the portfolio. Hopefully next week will present an opportunity to shed it north of $11.

Currently at 67% cash, and the 'folio gained about 55% from September 28 to today, I would be a fool not to lock in those gains.

Cheers,

Tom
