Corporate Insiders Bought More Shares After Attacks, NYT Says

"Michael Dell, chief executive officer of Dell Computer Corp., was among those who took advantage of a suspension in the rules about insider trading to sell shares and then buy them back at lower prices, the paper said. Dell sold 10 million shares for more than $25 each in June. He bought back 4.3 million in late September for about $17.43 each."
