I can see why. There's absolutely no penalty for double ordering parts because distys let you cancel without any penalty, but there's a huge penalty if you don't get what you need. So, if you're honest in your ordering, you get screwed. So far I've been honest on the schedule. We'll see how long that lasts. I'd rather build up a bit of inventory than go through the situation we had over the past two weeks. No revenue is dicey. Building up inventory isn't dicey. The later wins. We're now building up 2-3 months inventory, and won't let that go below 1 month. I can see why this thing booms then busts. There's no real supply chain controls in place.
