A few thing here caught my attention:
6 prisoners for 81 square feet. I know of many countries from the Atlantic to the China sea where it is called the Hilton. A walk on Friday in Arab jails, or on Aïd el Kebir, or Aid el Srir, etc ? Never been heard of. Check Amnesty and other sites.
Toilet papers for Arabs ? How insane ! This guy hates Muslim ! What's your left hand good for ?
I have never heard of a prison where inmates are "receiving" cigarettes, or are given clean cloths or a towel."
Man, get out of your hole and discover the world at large, it's waiting for you with arms and doors wide open.

And then we have a prisoner who swallows a few pills. How did he get pills ? Pills of what ? Pills are not a way to suicide, ask real Doctors. Tow bottles of heavy sleeping pills take up to 48 hours for someone who swallowed them all to have his vital function stopped, and provided he doesn't throw up. But that is not what people believe, nor what Hollywood tells us... By the way, vein cutting in no way either, even in a hot bath.
There are some other points, but I don't want to tire you people.
There were much better documented reports on Israeli soldiers being harsh and unjust in their treatment of Palestinians, including in Haaretz, and the Judiciary department, as the soldiers were prosecuted for mistreatments.

I did a google search on this interesting article. The only mention I found of the case were in this 'translation' by Victor Ostrovsky.

Not the least mention of the ensuing uproar one could expect in Haaretz, and I certainly would have expected B'Tselem (human rights org) to be all over this one. But all I found when searching the interesting case of Haim Peretz was this article by Ostrovsky.

Readers may draw their own conclusions.

That's very interesting. Do you know the types of places Arab countries send Jews who are found to be entering their countries illegally? They look like this:
