I can say, "I wish xxx was dead".

but I can't say, "xxx, I am going to kill you. I am going to look for you, find you, shoot you in the head twice, take your wallet, see where you live, go to your house, and then kill the rest of your family."
Well, I can say it, but then I should expect the police to come and arrest me. LOL LOL.
