We should refuse entry to the airlines on any country that does not provide a passenger list and perhaps for Egypt that would be enough, provide that they cooperated with the US in the investigations and asset seizures of the Al Queda network of terrorists.

The economic sanctions and travel bans should be placed on Saudi Arabia. Since their citizens were primarily the source country for a majority of the WTC terrorist and they have not responded to US request for information on the 19 terrorist that committed the Sep 11 terror atrocities.

They have not helped us with the WAR on terrorism so they need to be exposed to economic sanctions. After all they need to choose which side they wish to be on. And so far it appears to me that Saudi Arabia has chosen to support terrorism.
