actually, I think we are talking about only minor differences in price between CPUs and memory. AMD has their model 1800+ right at the same price points as the 1.8GHz Pentium 4. Likewise, RDRAM memory is still priced close to DDR. A company like the one in your link should be able to get a system like I mentioned within a $50 price difference (or at least close to it).
