i wonder whether this year's tax selling season for funds would make a difference ? i.e. they sell beg of oct and buyback in nov to avoid wash rule.

also nov-apr used to be seasonal strong period, of course 2000 negated it, but if mkt to return to some nomalcy, that would be a factor to consider.

as for FA, we are again on hope that is always 2 quarter away. ng
