This one showed up in the local rag today.

Madison police are investigating an 18-year-old North Side man who said he received a letter in the mail containing anthrax. The material was not hazardous, and police think it may have been baby powder.

Police were called by the man to his home at 2:18 p.m. Tuesday. The man told police that he had sent a letter in the mail, but it was returned to him containing a white powder. Police said the man may have put the powder in the mail himself.
