Humitech dividend from AIRG... this stock dividend date has been moved back to Oct. 31, 2001. I wonder if all the newbies know about this dividend in a couple weeks? There will probably be another run just before this date to get this stock dividend. Humitech is expected to go public in late January 2002 and expected to open at $2 to $3/share.

Airtech Issues Stock Dividend Distribution Notice
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 9, 2001--Airtech International Group, Inc., (``Airtech'') (OTCBB:AIRG - news) announced today the completion of a Stock Swap Agreement with Airsopure International Group Inc., (``AIG'') and Humitech Inc., (``Humitech').

Airtech stockholders will retain approximately a 10% equity interest in, Humitech. With the completion of the Agreement, Airtech will be issuing to qualified shareholders of Airtech, a stock dividend of one share (of the combined entity, Humitech), common stock for each ten shares of Airtech stock owned. This notice also includes information that sets the date of record for determining holders of record for this dividend as of September 30, 2001. This transaction is between AIG (the Direct Sales Division) and not Airsopure Inc., (``Airsopure'') the international franchise division.

Humitech's business model is to gain entry into the business of Humidity Control Technology that is not compatible with Airtech's air purification business. Humitech will be seeking USD $5mm in financing in order to implement the objectives of its Business Plan. Humitech is targeting October 30, 2001 to file its Form 10 or SB2 with the SEC. Upon approval of this filing the Humitech stock distribution will be registered and able to be freely traded. It is projected that the approval of the SB2 filing will take approximately 90 days from date of filing.

This strategic transaction will allow Humitech to becoming a publicly traded company. Humitech will be filing the requisite forms, to cause Humitech to become a reporting company and consequently be required to file audited financial reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC''). All financial reporting will be available online for shareholder review.
