I agree with 2/3 of die being good, but what about the wafer starts themselves? Are 100% of the wafer starts going to end up working and still be production worthy?

No failures?
No accidents?
No development starts?
No boutique starts?
No unexpected problems?

How many CPUs is it once you trash a percentage of the wafers?
