albert i know. the people on this thread have always been convinced that amd is a much better buy than Intel. and that's despite the fact that time and again, the rest of the market disagrees with you. some people here must think that they are smarter than the rest of wall street, and all those analysts and investors that drive amd stock to the depths where it currently resides must be fundamentally mistaken. yet, every time when it's certain that amd will pull ahead, reality sets in, and Intel remains the investor's choice. you can argue distribution functions all you want, but it will never change the relative valuations that Wall Street has put on these two companies.
