No, not by that much. But it is just a contributing factor that you must be aware of if you are going to second guess AMD's manufacturing capabilities. In the end, it will be a mystery, even if we were to divine all the factors that need to go into a close calculation, and even if we were to make very educated guesses. I simply don't think that AMD will magically have capacity to supply 33% of the CPU market, especially if they only have one fab to do it. Of course, with .13u production, and a fully ramped Dresden, they will probably get more capacity than they have now, even with the single fab. Just not 57% more capacity.
