Sure, there are many works with the same title, you cannot copyright a title alone... there are also many works titled "Liberty," and so on, all are original works and all are original material..... the subject matter and the text is what counts in the literary world, not the title, otherwise the United States Library of Congress would not issue a Copyright to the work... here, check it out: loc.gov GZ
