You're right. I like the current policy as well, given the circumstances and facts we have today.

I was thinkingthe discussion was more along the lines of a full actual epidemic released by the terrorists.

I believe the most efficient distribution of food to Afghani population would be through Northern Alliance. As they drive their tanks into city after city they should hand out food to the civilian population.

Before long all they have to do is state their next target city and the local population will drive Taliban out....and invite Northern Alliance in..
