<or you could just make the office so weak that it doesn't matter much.> That is the definition of a puppet government. Not week in relation to the US or UN. Weak in relation to the other internal forces within Afghanistan. Also I was talking about the presidency being weak more then the whole government being weak, and I was suggesting that as one possibility (a rotating president being another). How is that pushing a puppet government?? Tim
