New 52 week high today. I think the PRCY chart looks very bullish. I have heard that On Balance Volume (OBV) is a good indicator for low price stocks. Has anyone else heard this or know another indicator that works for low price stocks? The volume has been increasing but I would like to see some 200,000 like when the stock was at 2 1/2 two years ago. Price seems to go up every January, maybe it will stay up this year because of earnings and future prospects. Comments? Tom
