The farm communes in the former Soviet Union operated that way for centuries and had nothing to do with imposed societal constructs dictated by a central authority.

?!?

Does the phrase "liquidation of the Kulaks" have any meaning to you? How about "man made famine"?

Centuries before you didn't have communes as much as you had serfs working the land, and eventually some farmers who owned their own land (the kulaks)

"Just ordering" means having the institutional and legal framework that permits these things to flourish, for example, representative government or freedom of contract. Far from being inimical, these are essential to full development of democratic capitalism. Also, I said that only in a liberal democracy can the right moral sensibility be inculcated on a widespread basis. People like Andre Sakharov transcend the teachings and pressures of their societies.
