a nature taking the form to terrorize this thread into oblivion.

For sure others here can include other recent posts of ole49r/gold_tutor,
for example those where the message I received from her characterization
of Claude to inform others about using physical gold as money
with the internet as the medium of service was to me close as close
can be to say that Claude is sceaming to scam and commit fraud,
which sounds like criminal behavior. Gooly, now thats just too much
since we all know Claude to be a standup honest person who is very
well educated and experienced in what he deals with in the gold arena.

specific posts such as you requested... evidence exists
to support my beliefs and surfacing of the pump and dump issue.
... ON HERE AND IN MY OPINION. AND this thread---
& other SI threads dealing primarily with Canadian micro-crap
G&S E&D play touts-- I believer are a veritable whorehouse
of touts and touters, some of whom are and will be found
in compliance and some of whom are not... activities fall
under the aegis of due diligence and therefore SEC regulations,
scruitiny and enforcement. Violators should beware... and typical of your
hit and run approach to primarily Canadian pump and dump behavior
on this thread as well as SI... Pump and dump operations
have "fingerprints"i.e., patterns of behavior, seldom employed
by one individual but usually in concert with MULTIPLE participants.
It is my opinion with my whole heart that those pattern elements are demonstrated
historically herein. G&S thread posts are going nowhere. Patterns exist
as well elsewhere on SI's forum, especially where Canadian G&S E&D micro-craps
are focused on and bandied about and 'researched & discussed'...
I've raised the pump and dump issue, acted on it, and subsequently
the bar of thread behavior. So be it... I pointedly suggested
you & others concerned about this pump and dump issue I raised,
ask a 3rd party compliance department rep of your own brokerage
for the applicable regs regardling disclosure, blue sky laws, what constitutes
acting like a broker, and regs regarding investment n/ltr standards.
... I invite you to bring to the table any specific G&S mining stock issue,
and then measure up ensuing discussion of that specific G&S stock,
against the 4 template regs mentioned above. Non-compliance is
glaringly apparent. If you can't spot it, then YOU need to get educated...

Dear G.T.,

I am trying to bring some closure to the "Pump and Dump" issues YOU raised, eg. your P & D issues. Since you have taken exception with several of the more well respected names on the thread I thought it would be easy for you to finish the job by providing a couple of "slam dunk" examples in a format the less experienced investors here could follow. I am not asking you to fight anyone else's battles just finish in a clear cut way what you have initiated here. That is it. If it can not be finished then please drop it and let's continue with trying to find value in this "Managed" sector in a more colleagueal way.
