Don, after the gains Friday, I was surprised to see that indices stayed in lower midrange (from Oct. 19th to Oct. 20th update)....no change?

Don, on your three day patterns, I seem to recall that they had a better chance of being true if they were in the direction of the current trend. Am I making that up? If I am recalling correctly, that could also help explain why we didn't get a big down day on Friday as well: the current trend had been up until Wednesday's meltdown. Sure, the larger trend has been down for some time, but I'm guessing your 3 day patterns use shorter term technicals/trends.
