Kind of like saying, if it weren't for Joe Montana's passing, he'd have been riding the bench.

Or if it hadn't been for Jerry Rice's hands, he'd have never made it in the NFL.

That's okay, Frank. It's good that Barry Manilow has a role model proving there's always a market for bad singing, not just when he was young.
