Yes, and I am glad he sounds like that to you Yankees. Your underestimation of President Bush has already cost you one election...keep it up though I like it.

The world is red with American blood, and you want to demean Bush and his effort to save freedom.

A Newsweek poll shows 52% think that life in America will improve in the future.

Would you agree with this:

“There is no security, no safety, in the appeasement of evil. It must be the core of Western policy that there be no sanctuary for terror. And to sustain such a policy, free men and free nations must unite and work together.”

— Ronald Reagan

Gee flappy you don't seem to think that Newsmax.com is a good source. Now the only real fact reported in the post you responded to is the assertion that is in this question.

Who would you rather have sitting in the White House during this time of crisis - PRESIDENT George W.Bush or impeached mr. bill?

The data is

PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH 72%

mr. bill 20%**

This was accurate as can be seen at zogby.com

So your ignorance of accurately reported information is once again on display for all to gage.

**mr. bill is impeached, disbarred. and pronounced guilty as charged of the rape of Democrat Juanita Broaddrick.

LOL. I saw a better one (IMO) by an SI poster ...

...whom I'm fairly sure would appreciate anonymity in such a place as this:

He's a cross between John Wayne and Forrest Gump.

Another non-SI poster refers to him as 'Sheriff Dubya.'

LMAO.

have you run across any articles stating that GWB's popularity will translate into a Republican landslide in upcoming congressional or state gubernatorial elections?

Do you think we've seen the last of the film of the Arafat Hug?

Hillary Booed at McCartney's Twin Tower Relief Concert
New York Senator Hillary Clinton was roundly booed at former Beatle Paul McCartney's Twin Tower relief concert, held at Manhattan's Madison Square Garden Saturday night.

The embarrassing moment came as Mrs. Clinton introduced a short video clip from stand-up comic Jerry Seinfeld.

Though the former first lady has tried to capitalize on the Twin Tower tragedy, thrusting herself before one TV camera after another in an effort to connect with average New Yorkers and advance her 2004 presidential ambitions, McCartney's concert showed the effort still needed more work.

One eyewitnesses to the scene reported to the web site FreeRepublic.com that Clinton "was booed so loudly, she had to yell into the mike to be heard."

Another estimated that "90 percent" of the crowd jeered the former first lady.

Her husband, the former president, who was also present, got a much warmer reception.
