Re: "We did not inhale." Not bad. I've seen worse from you. The so-called approval rating of Bush is meaningless. (And, for the record, I felt the same regarding Clinton's high approval ratings, too.) The 93% approval rating for GWB simply symbolizes that America is united in the war on terrorism and is comfortable ... so far ... with both presidential and military leadership. Having said that, I also should point out we haven't taken any large-scale casualties in ground fighting yet. I hope we don't, but we have just taken a few steps so far in our long-march war on terrorism. We have miles and miles to go. Much can go wrong.
