Seems like that is a very useful, clear and practical investment tool.

I apparently haven't been doing a very good job. You and I have been online together for over five years and and it took this long for me to finally write something that makes sense. :)

Exactly. Or if I might expand on that, the two will rarely be in line, and we seek to buy when the price is much less than the value, and sell when the opposite is true.
