Yes, indeed!! You know, Man has spent several thousand years to advance this far. Improvements in behavior have accompanied this, with a few notable setbacks of course. Then these thugs come along with their wholesale killing "in the name of Allah" a la 7th century. Life has always been unfair; if one purpose for it is how well you play the hand you are dealt, then I can name you a few who have failed utterly.
